MAV 15 Vacuum Tumbling Marinating Machine With MAV Vacuum Tumblers from GB Food Processing Equipment, add superior quality to all your marinated products. No more marinating meat and fish from 8 to 12 hours in advance —  marinate in only 15 minutes and obtain different and exquisite flavors depending on the spices selected.

Seasonings, when diluted with water, are absorbed evenly every time so your meat and fish will be more tender and juicier with an enhanced flavor.

The weight of meat, fish and vegetables is increased from 10% to 20% depending on the product. Preserving time for meat and fish will be from 1 to 2 additional days. Cooking time will also be quicker.
